Experience of the stay
This was my second stay, and it was my first time enjoying a reservation from HafH.
We stayed in a double room as a pair. The room is 14㎡, so it feels a bit cramped when you open one suitcase, but it's sufficient with a partner who can fit on the 139cm-wide bed.
The water was in a can, a rare find. The fridge is also small, and the door is glass, meaning it’s a type that can’t hold much, so be careful.
Upon entering the guest room, there’s a wash basin right away, which makes it easy to wash hands when returning from outside, and I appreciate the large mirror so we can both do our makeup at the same time.
Previously, I could see Tokyo Dome well from the river-side room, but unfortunately, construction of the building right in front has progressed, and I can’t expect a view out the window. However, there is a river between the building so I didn’t feel too cramped.
It’s very convenient when you come out of the ticket gate on the right side (yellow building side) of Suidobashi Station’s west exit.
The west exit only has stairs, so if you need an elevator, you would have to use the east exit. From the east exit, after leaving the station, turn right instead of towards Tokyo Dome and walk along the tracks to pass under the station to reach the street in front of the hotel.
When I needed to store my luggage, I used a locker, and even before check-in, I was allowed to use it by speaking to the staff. I used a locker type for the first time, and being able to easily access luggage at my preferred timing is very convenient.
Check-in is at 17:00, and check-out is at 14:00, which is characteristic, but I find it suitable since I can return late after concerts or baseball games and still sleep in the next day. I will definitely be back if I have the chance.
Experiences during the trip
I stayed here before a concert at Tokyo Dome. The surrounding restaurants and train station get crowded before and after the show, but the close proximity of the hotel makes it comfortable for staying. For lunch, I went to Komeda in Meets Port. I enjoyed the happiness of returning to my room after lunch♡
