The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 8 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner. Meals are not included in the Half Board rate for children age 5 and younger. Additional fees of JPY 5,500 per child, per day apply and are collected at the property. Half board meals for children age 5 and younger must be pre-booked at least 3 days prior to arrival. Requests for children's meals after check-in cannot be accommodated. Requests for dietary restrictions, including vegetarian meals, or food allergies cannot be accommodated.
