This comfortable, well-equipped lodge is located in El Portal overlooking the Merced River. It is just 4 km from the western entrance to the famous Yosemite National Park. Renovated in 2004, the hotel consists of several buildings with a total of 278 rooms. The main building houses the reception area with a safe, cloakroom, newspaper stand and lift access. Further facilities include a cosy bar and an inviting restaurant. The tastefully fitted rooms all come with an en-suite bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony or terrace. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated. Depending on the season, guests can make use of the two outdoor swimming pools.
