On the 1st floor, "HAJIMARI LOUNGE" is open on a daily basis, and various activities such as exhibitions, talk events, and handicraft workshops are held, so you can feel free to participate. ■ Rooms All rooms are equipped with a workspace, kitchen and washing machine, so you can stay for a medium to long term. If you are occupying a single person, you will only be able to use one bed. Please note this as well. 【Guest room tableware, etc.】 The kitchen in each room is equipped with the following: Refrigerator, IH stove (2 burners), electric kettle, one-handed pot, frying pan (large and small), kitchen knife, cutting board, bowl, colander, measuring cup, ladle, fryer, kitchen shears, peeler, tongs, bottle opener, coffee drip set [Seasoning] Oil, salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce 【About amenities】 HAJIMARI Beppu does not provide disposable amenities due to environmental considerations. (Toothbrushes, combs, shower caps, razors, etc.) In addition, for room clothes, "gauze to wear" is rented fee with 500. Linen is not changed during the stay. For guests staying for more than 7 nights, a replacement linen will be provided. We ask that you change the linen by yourself. [What we have] Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent ■ Meals Located on the first floor of HAJIMARI Beppu, "Cafe Yuami" offers meals that make you healthy from the inside out, such as "soup for hot spring cure" and "yuami chicken rice", as well as sweets and drinks made with carefully selected ingredients. If you would like have breakfast, you can bring it to your room, store it in the refrigerator, and reheat it in the microwave the next morning if you order it during the business hours of Cafe Yuami. (Extra charge) Cafe Yuami business hours Mon, Thu, Sun 11:00-17:30 (L.O. 17:00） Fri & Sat 11:00-20:00 (L.O. 19:30） Closed: Tuesday and Wednesday In addition, organic vegetables and organic grocery in Oita Prefecture are also sold in the hotel, and you can enjoy cooking in the kitchen of your room. "Yume Town", which is a 2-minute walk away, is also widely available for general ingredients. The downtown area is a 5-minute walk away. We also introduce recommended shops in the booklet "Hajimari Part 1" provided in the room, and if you talk to the HAJIMARI Beppu staff, we will introduce you directly to local information. ■ Notes 【About check-in time】 Check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:00, but check-in after 18:00 is possible because of the unmanned check-in system. However, if you enter after 18:00, you will need an electronic key number, so please contact us by phone by 17:30. Also, we do not accept check-in before 15:00. If you arrive early, we would appreciate it if you could wait until 15:00. 【Staffing Hours】 Our staff is not available from 18:00 to 9:00 the next morning. Please note that you will be able to communicate with our staff via google chat on the iPad in your room. 【About children's accommodation】 Children under 10 years old can be accommodated in rooms (3B, 3C) on the 3rd floor. Children sleeping with their parents are not counted toward the maximum number of guests. The hotel is a 46-year-old wholesale liquor warehouse building renovated, and due to the limitations of the existing building, we regret to inform you that it is not designed for children. There are steps and stairs that may be dangerous for small children, so we ask that parents/guardians keep a close eye on their children when they stay with them.
