"Regarding Unmanned Check-in" We have adopted a self-check-in system, and there is no front desk. Staff is present only during daytime cleaning hours, and otherwise operates without staff. Cleaning occurs mainly between 10 AM and 3 PM (cleaning noises will be present). Smart electronic locks are installed in each room, so there’s no need for key exchange. Early check-in is available for 1,000 yen (tax included) per room per hour. Late check-out is available for 2,000 yen (tax included) per room per hour. Requests for early or late check-in/check-out will be accommodated based on the availability considering occupancy and cleaning schedules. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate requests during busy times or due to cleaning circumstances. You can fill your stay with recreation and sightseeing. Additionally, in Nasu Yumoto Onsen, you can relax in the hot springs and soothe daily fatigue. For shopping enthusiasts, Nasu Garden Outlet is recommended with a variety of shops available. To ensure comfort for all guests, we ask for your cooperation with the following: 【Regarding Nighttime Stays】 Use of outdoor shared spaces (terraces, etc.) is allowed until 10 PM. After 10 PM, please spend your time quietly in your rooms. Conversations and dining outdoors are prohibited after 10 PM. Shared space lighting will automatically turn off at: Spotlights → Automatically OFF at 9:45 PM Kitchen & container lights → Automatically OFF at 10:00 PM The courtyard lighting will remain on during the night. Please move between saunas quietly between 10 PM and 12 AM. BBQ and shared kitchen usage allowed until 9:30 PM (fire extinguished). For groups of 3 or more adults: Reservations will only be accepted if all guests can maintain quiet and follow proper etiquette. If any rules are violated, you may be asked to leave. In the case of multiple persons using multiple rooms, staff will provide human support for use until 9 PM with lights out enforcement. While taking a shower, you can enjoy the fresh air and tranquility of the forest, fully refreshing your mind and body. Temporary installation of a simple cold bath (February 2025) A simple bathtub has been installed next to the sauna for trial use. Guests can freely use it after a shower, but must turn off the water after use. (Use may be suspended during rain or strong winds) Experience the healing of the forest with "outdoor bathing" and "water shower" The sauna blends into the forest, creating a special ambiance.
