Since 2017, Kotori has welcomed travelers from around the world, particularly inbound tourists, in Kotohira, Kagawa. Now, we have restarted as a "Coworking & Hostel", a place where people aiming for new working styles, business creation, and self-realization can gather through tourism and travel. We aim to become a place that generates innovations that contribute to local revitalization, beyond just a simple coworking space or guesthouse. ～POINT 1～ Convenient Location for Long Stays Our facility is located just a 7-minute walk from Kotoden Kawaramachi Station, with convenience stores, supermarkets, and shopping streets within a 3-minute walk. It is situated in a quiet area just off the main road, allowing for a peaceful stay. We also provide a kitchen and laundry facilities. The coworking space is available for guests at any time during their stay, making it perfect for nomad workers. ～POINT 2～ A Space Where Creative Ideas Bloom The first floor features a coworking space accessible to the general public. We offer free Wi-Fi, power outlets, and meeting rooms. The warm atmosphere created from upcycled materials not only facilitates individual work but also fosters interaction among users, providing a place for inspiration and creativity in a relaxed environment. ～POINT 3～ Startup Support from Kotobus Based on the belief that "tourism is the ace in the hole for regional revitalization," we aim to contribute to the recovery and development of the industry and tourist destinations by supporting and cheering on tourism-related startups and local ventures that challenge regional revitalization. We invite you to utilize the "Kotori" platform and aim for mutual growth together. ■Facilities ・Entrance A bright and homely entrance, serving as a communication hub where local and domestic/international guests can interact and stay casually. ・Coworking Space Equipped with Wi-Fi, power outlets, and meeting rooms. Suitable for desk work and meetings. ・Shower Room & Washbasins The second floor features shared shower rooms, changing rooms, washbasins, and toilets. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryers are all available for free use. *Operating Hours: 15:00 – 9:00 the next morning ・Laundry Space Washing machines are located next to the shower room on the second floor and can be used free of charge. *Detergent is available for purchase at 100 yen per piece. ・Luggage Room Large suitcases that do not fit in the dormitory can be stored in the luggage room on the second floor, equipped with a wire lock for storage. ・Living Room A living room for guests is available on the third floor, furnished with sofas, tables, a TV, and a kitchen.
