The hotel interior is that of a modern Japanese inn. Every room has its own hot-springs bath overlooking the sea. Dinner is a traditional Japanese full-course meal from starters to desserts, known as 'kaiseki ryori'. We prepare these dinners using wonderful, fresh sea food.
