About Coins

At HafH, you use coins to book hotels.

Types of Coins

Regular Coins:
Plan Coins ・ Purchased Coins
Bonus Coins:
Referral bonuses, Wallet bonuses, Story rewards, Campaigns, and more

・Bonus coins come with an expiration date, which is basically the end of the same month in the following year from the date they were granted.
・If you cancel a reservation made with Bonus coins by the day before check-in, the coins will be refunded as long as they are still within their validity period. However, coins that have already expired will not be refunded.

You can set it anywhere between 100 and 2,000 coins.

Coin Top Up

You can purchase coins in increments of 100.

Invitation Bonus

When you invite your friends to HafH, both you and your friends will receive bonus coins.

About Monthly Fee

HafH is a membership-based service where you set up a savings plan using the wallet feature and earn coins every month.

You can choose any number of coins in increments of 50, within the range of 100 to 2,000 coins.<br/>The price is {{price}} per coin, regardless of the number of coins you set.

Additionally, a monthly Wallet Bonus is granted based on your coin balance.
The annual bonus rate can be up to 12%.

The bonus is calculated based on your daily regular coin balance and is granted in a lump sum on the next billing date each month.

This is a Member rank that allows HafH to offer more savings by continuing the monthly membership.

Member rank

Your Member rank will be upgraded based on the number of consecutive months you have subscribed.

※ Please note that if you suspend your membership, your Member rank will be reset.
