Although it is a Fairfield by Marriott, there is no roadside station here.

I could see the TV tower from my room! While Odori Park is nearby, the TV tower is at 1-chome, so it's a bit of a distance from the bustling areas (4-chome to 7-chome).
However, it's within the park, so I think you can walk there quite easily.
In the evening, the entrance is locked, so use your card key to unlock it.
