You can enjoy the drinks and light meals not only in the free space on the 1st floor, but also in your room. Along with seasonal fish grilled over a shichirin charcoal grill, Nagasaki’s local dishes such as burabura pickles and onsen tamago (hot spring egg) accompany the meal.
