Amamu is a health retreat that sits on a sizeable property out in the countryside in Ibaraki. The land is about the size of 28Tokyo Domes.
The concept of our health retreat is to be a place where you can reset your mind and body.
The interior of the hotel and rooms are large and open to help facilitate relaxation. There is a wooden deck outside of the guest rooms that extend out towards the mountains.
We do not use animal ingredients in our meals. and focus on locally-grown, in-season vegetables and grain.
We have yoga, beauty treatments, horseback riding, Segways, etc. available. You can choose what you want to do to suit the purpose of your stay with us.
-As we are a health retreat, you will notice there are some major differences between us and a regular hotel-
・ There are no vending machines
(Please use the hydrogen water server in the building.)
・ Smoking is prohibited inside the building and out on the deck
・ We do not serve alcohol
*The price is for one person per night.

It will take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to get here from Tokyo.
* Horseback riding and Segway are not available for overnight stays.
*Yoga of Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays is held irregularly .
