"Hankyu Oi-Machi Garden" A commercial facility adjacent to the hotel. A one-stop facility that includes Hankyu Oi Food Hall, restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies. It can be widely used for both long stays and short visits.

"Onsen Facility 'Ofuro no Osama'" ◆ One bath ticket per person included ◆ Valid for use during your stay (from check-in until check-out) Additional visits can be made for 500 yen per time. Starting from August 1, 2026, the fee will be updated to 800 yen per visit.

■ Cleaning Rules During long stays, cleaning of guest rooms will generally not involve entry, with only towel exchanges and garbage collection being performed (Eco cleaning).

1. Generally, regular cleaning (which involves entry for cleaning, sheet changes, and replenishing supplies) will not be conducted.
2. Rooms will receive regular cleaning every third day (for stays of four nights or more) for hygiene reasons.
3. If regular cleaning is desired, please place the designated sign on your door by 11:00 AM.

Guests using the parking lot during the above period should bring their parking ticket to the S building 3rd floor front desk for authentication procedures.

• Bed-sharing is limited to preschool-aged children only. Single room accommodates 1 person, twin room accommodates up to 2 people (no prior notification is necessary).

• If you book accommodations one night at a time, you can remain in the same room type for consecutive nights (no prior notification needed).
