HafH Member Plan

Matters common to all HafH plans

  • The monthly fee for plans shall in principle be settled on the first day of the month. The monthly fee for HafH plans shall be charged monthly starting on the first day of the month after Member registration for HafH has been completed and in principle, the monthly fee for a given month will be automatically charged on the first day of each month.
  • The only uncharged month is the month of registration as a HafH member. In the event that Snooze HafH is selected at the time of registration and a member changes to a paid plan from the month after the month of member registration, such member will be charged from the month they changed to a paid plan.
  • It is only possible to downgrade your plan 2 months after your initial registration to a paid plan.
  • For details, refer to the section “Changing HafH Plans”.
  • Details (including the location, equipment, services) of HafH facilities and facilities affiliated with HafH (collectively the “HafH Network”) are subject to change. Furthermore, facilities may also become unavailable.
  • Some facilities do not offer single rooms and only dormitory types (shared rooms) are available. For details, refer to the specific facility’s introduction page.
  • The maximum number of days a HafH Network has available for use for each plan is the number of days from the first day of a given month until the last day of that month. If your HafH Network stay carries over to the following month, your stay until the checkout time on the first day of the following month will be counted as part of the previous month. For example, in the case of a stay from June 30 to July 2, the stay from June 30 to July 1 would be considered as one day in June and the stay from July 1 to July 2 would be counted as one days use in July under the plan.
  • To stay at a HafH Network, you must make a reservation using the HafH exclusive website. A reservation request may be made from up to 90 days prior to your preferred arrival date to 9:00 pm of that day. Note that you may not be able to reserve your preferred facility or room time depending on room availability, facility status and other circumstances. We recommend that you reserve well in advance.
  • Services including breakfast, allowable stay times, room cleaning and bedsheet changes during your stay will differ by facility. For details, please contact individual facilities directly for details. To maintain a positive relationship between members and facilities, we ask all members to keep facilities in clean condition.
  • Depending on the plan and usage status, complimentary HafH Coins will be awarded in principle, on the first day of each month. HafH Coins may be used for room upgrades. The number of coins needed differ depending on the room type, and some facilities will require coins not just for individual rooms but also for some dormitory rooms as well. Please refer to the facility’s reservation screen for the number of coins needed. HafH Coins may not be purchased. Please also refer to the FAQ for details.

HafH Traveling (1m) ¥82,000 (tax included) per month

Up to a maximum of 1 month use of HafH Network + HafH Coin 500 coins

  1. You can stay at HafH Network for one month.
  2. You can stay at multiple HafH Networks, or stay continuously at just one specific HafH Network.

HafH Traveling (10d) ¥32,000 (tax included) per month

Up to a maximum of 10 nights use of HafH Network + HafH Coin 200 coins

  1. You can stay at HafH Network for up to 10 nights.
  2. You can stay at multiple HafH Networks, or stay continuously at just one specific HafH Network.

HafH Traveling (5d) ¥16,000 (tax included) per month

Up to a maximum of 5 nights use of HafH Network + HafH Coin 100 coins

  1. You can stay at HafH Network for up to 5 nights.
  2. You can stay at multiple HafH Networks, or stay continuously at just one specific HafH Network.

Trial HafH (1d) ¥ 3,000 (tax included) per month

1 night use of HafH Network

  1. A trial plan offer for all to experience HafH.
  2. You can stay at HafH Network for 1 night.

Snooze HafH ¥ 0 per month

Membership registration only

  1. You only need to register for membership. You do not need to pay a monthly fee.
  2. We may offer services such as the distribution of coupons and announcement of discounts.
  3. You cannot stay at HafH Networks or use co-working spaces.

Changing HafH Plans

  • Plan change procedures can be performed from the member’s page.
  • Change procedures are considered complete when your “Membership Status” on the member’s page displays the new plan.

(1)Changing to a HafH plan with a higher monthly fee

  • When changing to a plan with a higher monthly fee than the currently selected plan, you may select either “Change Now” or “Change from Next Month” as the start date of the plan change.
  • If “Change Now” is selected, the fee differential with the new plan will be settled on the day of the change. Once payment authorization is completed, you may make use in accordance with the new plan. Note that in the month of registration as a HafH member, no fee differential settlement will occur, however for subsequent plan changes, refer to section “(3) Plan Changes from the Month After the Month of Registration as a HafH Member” below for details. For example, a user registers as a member on January 2, 2021 and at the same time selects “HafH Traveling (10d)”, and then wishes to change to “HafH Traveling (1m)” from February 2, 2021: If “Change Now” is selected, the member will change to “HafH Traveling (1m)” immediately effective February 2, 2021 and may proceed to make reservation requests accordingly. Since the member will have been charged a monthly fee of 32,000 yen on February 1 as a “HafH Traveling (10d)” member, the 50,000 yen (excluding taxes) differential with “HafH Traveling (1m)” will be charged to the member’s credit card on February 2, the day of the change.
  • If “Change from Next Month” is selected, the member may make reservations in accordance with the new plan for the next and subsequent months from the time of the change. The monthly fee for the new plan will be settled on the first day of the next month. For example, a user registers as a member on January 2, 2021 and at the same time selects “HafH Traveling (10d)”, and then on February 2, 2021, wishes to change to “HafH Traveling (1m)” effective March 1, 2021: If “Change from Next Month” is selected, the member may from the time of initiating the change, make reservation requests for the maximum number of days permitted under the “HafH Traveling (1m)” plan for the period beginning on March 1. On March 1, the member’s credit card will be charged 82,000 yen, the monthly fee for the “HafH Traveling (1m)” plan.

(2)Changing to a HafH plan with a lower monthly fee

  • A plan cannot be changed mid-month, however “Change from Next Month” may be selected.
  • If you would like to change plans, please perform the necessary procedures prior to the last day of the month before your preferred month of change. For example, if you want to change plans from July 1, you must complete the change procedures by midnight on June 30.
  • If the procedure is completed by the last day of the month, the new plan may be used from the first day of the following month. Note that if you are staying at a HafH Network at the end of the month and a new plan takes effect from the first day of the following month, your stay until checkout time on the first day of the following month will be counted as stay of the plan prior to the change.
  • When changing from a plan with a larger number of maximum usable days to a plan with fewer maximum usable days, before performing the procedures to change plans, you must reduce your number of reservations to be within the maximum number of usable days under the new plan. You cannot change plans if your reservations exceed the maximum number of usable days under the plan after the change. plans in descending order of maximum usable days are as follows: HafH Traveling (1m), , HafH Traveling (10d), HafH Traveling (5d) and Trial HafH (1d). For example, if you have selected HafH Traveling (1m) in June and have already made reservations for 20 days in July, and wish to change plans to HafH Traveling (10d) in July, you will need to cancel a portion of your reservations so that your number of reservations for July is 10 days or less prior to performing the procedures to change plans.

(3)Plan Changes from the Month After the Month of Registration as a HafH Member

  • You may change to a plan with a lower monthly fee or withdraw after the first day of the month following the month of registration as a HafH member. Example 1: A user registers as a member on January 2, 2021 and at the same time selects “HafH Traveling (10d)” First payment will be settled on February 1, 2021. The member may change plans on or after February 2, 2021 to “HafH Traveling (5d)”, “Trial HafH (1d)” or “Snooze HafH” with effect March 2021. Example 2: A user registers as a member on January 2, 2021 and at the same time selects “Snooze HafH”. If membership is Snooze HafH until the end of January 2021, the member may change to any HafH plan from February 2021. Payment settlement will occur on the 1st day of February according to the plan selected for February 2021.
  • Changing plans mid-month follows the same procedures as “(1)Changing to a HafH plan with a higher monthly fee”.
  • For details about withdrawing, please refer to “About Withdrawal” below.

(About withdrawal)

  • You may withdraw after the first day of the month following the month of registration as a HafH member.
  • If you would like to withdraw, perform the procedures on the Member’s Page.
  • If you withdraw, all membership information including usage history, member status and HafH Coins granted will be deleted, and even if you re-register as a member, membership information cannot be recovered. Customers who may use the service again are recommended to change their current plan to “Snooze HafH” so that a monthly fee is not charged.

(About payment)

  • Payment may only be made by credit card.
  • The monthly fee for your plan will be settled on the first day of each month to the credit card registered when you signed up as a member.
  • If the credit card you have registered is not valid and we cannot complete the settlement, your stayreservations may be cancelled or your plan may be changed to “Snooze HafH”.
