The chewy texture is quite rare, and the sweetness is just right. When I wanted to find out where to buy it, I discovered that the nearest store requires an hour's drive. It was at that moment I realized SOKI had curated the best local delights for its guests.
The day I checked in was overcast, and I was initially concerned that the room might be a bit dark. But as I opened the door, I felt the light had been meticulously adjusted to gently welcome travelers.

The "SOKI" brand combines the concepts of "simplicity" and "utility", removing unnecessary decorations and returning to the essence to create a minimalist yet profound space. After a whole night of experience, I’m even more convinced that this philosophy is fully conveyed.
Currently, there are two SOKI hotels: one in Kanazawa and one in Atami. The Atami property is more resort-focused, while Kanazawa is more compact and urban, with a more affordable price. If you wish to experience the charm of SOKI, I recommend unlocking it during your travel in Kanazawa!

재료가 아주 신선하고 양도 푸짐합니다.
셰프는 친절하고 대화하기 좋았으며, 제가 간 날에는 옆 테이블의 단골 손님이 선물을 가지고 오기도 했습니다. 가게 전체 분위기가 매우 좋습니다.

이 가게는 아침 7시부터 운영되며 오직 하나의 세트 메뉴만 있습니다.

이 도서관은 도심에서 버스를 조금 타고 가야 하지만, 공간은 정말 방문할 가치가 있습니다.
반나절 시간을 잡아 건축 공간의 아름다움을 즐기기를 추천합니다.
여기 있는 카페도 커피와 디저트의 품질이 정말 훌륭하며, 계절 한정 딸기 푸딩을 특별히 추천합니다.
