＜Campaign ①＞
Earn coins based on the number of Travel Stories you post — up to 100 coins when you post about 5 different hotels!
During the campaign period, you can earn up to 100 coins based on the number of validated Travel Stories posted after staying at eligible hotels.
Each hotel stay counts once toward the total. Coin rewards will be calculated after the campaign ends.
Reward coins:
1 story: 20 coins
2 stories: 40 coins
3 stories: 60 coins
4 stories: 80 coins
5 stories: 100 coins
Stay Period:December 1, 2025 (Mon) to February 2, 2026 (Mon)
Story Posting Period: December 1, 2025（Mon） – February 5, 2026（Fri）
Story Publication Deadline: February 12, 2026（Fri）
Reward Distribution: February 15, 2026（Mon）
Conditions for receiving compensation:
Stories submitted by February 5, 2026 (Fri) who stayed at the participating hotels during the above-mentioned period will be eligible for the rewards. Stories that have been reviewed by our company and posted by February 12 (Fri) will be eligible for the rewards.

Precautions:
*During the campaign period, even if you post multiple times for the same hotel, each hotel will be counted as one post.
*Stays and story posts outside of the above stay and posting periods will not be counted in the post count.
*Stays with check-out on December 1, 2025（Mon） are not eligible for this campaign.
* In the case of split-payment reservations, only the host who made the reservation can post stories. Please note that non-hosts are not eligible to earn coins.
*After stories are posted, we will check them one by one and publish them. It may take a few days for them to be published, but please rest assured that all stories submitted by the posting deadline will be checked by the deadline.
*If the story you submit violates our company’s terms and guidelines, it will not be published. If your story is not published, it will be excluded from the list of stories eligible for rewards, even if you edit it again.
<Campaign 2> An additional pair of accommodation vouchers (breakfast included) will be given to 10 eligible couples!
Among those who submit stories eligible for Campaign 1,10 winners — 2 pairs per hotel — will be selected for sharing the most inspiring Travel Stories that make others want to go on a trip. Each winner will receive a pair accommodation voucher with breakfast included.

Hello to all HafH members! Travelodge Hotels Asia is headquartered in Singapore and operates five hotels in Japan, including Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya and Sapporo.

Travelodge Kyoto Shijo Omiya
Opening in October 2024, this hotel is located in the Shijo-Omiya area, known for its calming Kyoto atmosphere. This hotel is simply artsy and stylish! From the moment you enter the entrance, you won’t be able to stop taking photos. The spacious lobby has a spacious coworking space, which can be used free of charge before check-in and after check-out. Wi-Fi and power outlets are available, and online meetings are also welcome! Be sure to enjoy the uplifting and wonderful rooms where you can enjoy the glamorous city of Kyoto!
Travelodge Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi
Located right in the heart of Kawaramachi, Kyoto, this hotel is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Featuring a Japanese-inspired entrance, a spacious and bright lobby overlooking a small garden, and compact yet exceptionally comfortable rooms, it’s an excellent choice for free-spirited solo travelers. With plenty of restaurants nearby, you’ll never run out of dining options. Travelodge Honmachi Osaka
Located right in the middle of Osaka’s two major centers, Umeda and Namba. It’s just a little over 10 minutes from Shin-Osaka Station on the Midosuji subway line, so transportation access is incredibly convenient! Despite its location, it’s quiet and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel where you can enjoy Osaka cuisine. The free coworking space adjacent to the lobby is so comfortable you’ll want to stay there for a while, so be sure to relax. The guest rooms have large bathrooms, so we recommend enjoying a bath with your favorite bath salts!
Travelodge Nagoya Sakae
Marunouchi, Hisaya-odori, Fushimi, Sakae. Located close to four stations, this hotel is incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The hotel is filled with Nagoya-esque charm, and even has a free coworking space and gym. Wi-Fi and power outlets are provided, so it’s perfect for work or a break during your trip!
