Property Description Founded in 1901, the Metou Onsen Hotel is located in the small town of Ashoro; shuttle services (with reservation) from Obihiro Station are provided. The inn features a genuine outdoor hot spring located in beautiful natural surroundings, plus two indoor bathing areas. Four separate meal plans featuring traditional Japanese cuisine are available. Hotel shop on premises. Coffee provided in morning. The inn offers 13 clean Japanese-style rooms. LAN internet is provided. Property Access [By Train]: 1 hr by bus from JR Obihiro station ( Nemuro Hon Line ) / [By Car]: Take Route 241 from Otofuke-Obihiro I.C. of Doto Expressway. [ From Obihiro ]: Take Route 241 for 50 km to Metou urban area then drive 17 km on Hokkaido Prefectural Highway 88 [ From Kitami ]: 40 km drive on Hokkaido Prefectural Highway 88 from Oketo / If you are coming by bus we can pick you up from Kamishihoro or Ashoro ( Advance reservations required )
