The restaurant is “La BOMBANCE”, a creative Japanese restaurant with a branch in Tokyo's Nishiazabu that has been featured in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for 10 consecutive years. On Okinawa's main island, enjoy a gourmet resort stay surrounded by the island's most beautiful sea on Kouri Island. ■Rooms The standard rooms are furnished with comfortable, natural-style interiors. Every room has terraces with ocean views overlooking the East China Sea. ■Meals The Japanese cuisine created by owner chef Makoto Okamoto and head chef Shinji Kajiwara is packed with a solid sense and technique backed up by their careers. The “works of art” created by their hands transcend genres and are both delicate and full of flavor, and each dish will surely reach the hearts of our guests.
