lyf Tenjin Fukuoka is located in Imaizumi, a few minutes’ walk from Tenjin, Fukuoka’s most popular shopping district. In recent years, the area has come into the limelight as a fashionable area, lined with local Fukuoka cafes, apparel stores, and restaurants that are the talk of SNS, offering a different atmosphere from that of Tenjin.
The tenants on the first and second floors of “Resola Imaizumi Terrace,” the building where the hotel is located, include a natura wine specialty store, an apparel store and a wedding photo studio.

The playful design of the café and bar, laundry, and kitchen, which is decorated in the image of a container at the Port of Hakata and shines with neon lights of tonkotsu ramen (pork bone ramen), which is a typical Fukuoka dish, naturally raise the spirits of the guests.
The hallways are decorated with colorful pop illustrations of Nakasu’s famous yatai stalls and Fukuoka Tower, and the guest rooms are decorated with “Hakata textiles” and “shrines. The design is by Alvin Tan, a Singaporean artist influenced by Japanese culture.
The illustration in front of the swing right at the entrance was created by Fukuoka artist Ifuku Kazuhiko. It is a very popular photo spot.
