The Shakespeare Hotel is a charming retreat located in the heart of Echoland, Hakuba's dynamic central district, and is perfectly located for access to Hakuba's premier ski resorts, including Happo-one (6-minute drive), Goryu (9-minute drive) and Hakuba47 (7-minute drive). The Shakespeare Hotel offers a variety of room configurations designed to suit any size of groups. Each room is equipped with a TV, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, open wardrobe, desk, and private bathroom. There are seven F&B outlets on site, including the hotel's main dining venue, Kin Kitchen, which serves a daily buffet breakfast and Southeast Asian cuisine to start the day. There is also the Asian snack bar Hamlet. Other restaurants include Tomatito (Italian cuisine), Miyama Genghis Khan (Japanese yakiniku and barbecue), THE PIT Smoke BBQ & Bar (Texas-style barbecue), Kyoto (Japanese local cuisine), and Oden (Japanese stew). Bus：Express buses run from Shinjuku Station to Hakuba. Train：JR Chuo Line limited express Azusa takes about 4 hours from Shinjuku Station to Hakuba Station. Taxi：About 5 minutes from Hakuba Station on the JR Oito Line, and about 5 minutes from Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal. By car：About 1 hour from Toyoshina I.C. on the Nagano Expressway, about 1 hour from Nagano I.C. on the Joshin-etsu Expressway, and about 1 hour from Itoigawa I.C. on the Hokuriku Expressway. *Parking can be reserved in advance. Parking will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ask the staff at check-in and they will show you where to park.
