Take the bus to Ikaho Onsen for about 20 minutes and get off at "Lookout" and walk for 5 minutes. By car / Kan-Etsu Expressway From Nerima IC to Niigata ~ Shibukawa Ikaho IC ~ Go straight to Ikaho and take about 20 minutes from the intersection. Niigata: Non-car: Get off at Takasaki Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen and Shibukawa Station on the Joetsu Line.
