The airport limousine bus to Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay (destination Osaka Nanko) departs from bus stop 3 at Terminal 1 and bus stop 7 at Terminal 2. The trip takes about 50 minutes. The last departure time is 8:47 PM from Terminal 2 and 9:00 PM from Terminal 1.

About 5 minutes from the Nanko-kita exit (southbound) and about 10 minutes from the Nanko-minami exit (northbound) on the Hanshin Expressway Bay Line. Utilizing the Osaka Port Sakishima Tunnel Road, it is about 4 km from the Osaka Port Tsumori Intersection to the hotel.
