Dogo Onsen is mentioned in the oldest historical record in Japan, the Nihon Shoki. Daiwaya Honten is a long-established ryokan founded in the 4th year of the Keio era (1st year of Meiji), located right next to the main facility of Dogo Onsen. In 1996, we rebuilt and reopened, welcoming guests with modern hospitality while preserving the traditions that come with being a long-established inn. *Reservations are accepted until the day before your stay. *All plans are room-only. If you would like to add the breakfast buffet (additional charge of 3,300 yen, tax included), please contact us by the day before. *Parking is available for a fee (1,000 yen per night per vehicle).

We are located just 80 meters away from the main facility of Dogo Onsen, which allows easy walking access to various tourist attractions in Dogo.
